I joined ZeroSum after they acquired a machine learning company and connected it to their ad engine, to focus on individual dealership's inventory movement, VDPs, leads, and sales in real-time. After auditing the needs of the organization and building their website we pivoted to the UI/UX of the dashboard. In tandem, we fine tuned their tone of voice, developed a 12-month content calendar, launched ads and began email campaigns.
